The header image for the week of September 4 through September 10 is a hauntingly beautiful yet disorienting shot of a sunset over downtown Wilkes-Barre from an unusual vantage point. This picture was taken by NEPA Blogs co-administrator Michelle Hryvnak Davies at the 5th Annual Rooftop Party to benefit the Osterhout Library on August 9, 2013. It is posted on Michelle's blog Sweet Valley Sunrises, which contains hundreds of gorgeous sunrise photos from Michelle's home in Sweet Valley (though it it should be noted that this particular photo is neither from Sweet Valley nor a sunrise!)
