I have been following Karla Porter on Twitter now for at least a half of a year. As stated in her Twitter Bio, she is NEPA's go-to authority on all things human capital, career, recruiting and new media... maybe more. She is a perfect fit to our NEPA Blog community, and we are glad to add her to the mix.
